All the support and advice you need to fill out the EHC Needs Assessment forms. Help with gathering all of the information and evidence required. Then drafting the form for you, ready for you to send to the relevant Local Authority. 

The child's draft EHCP is reviewed in detail, alongside other evidence and documentation originally submitted to check that all of the necessary information is detailed, accurate and tailored to the need of the child. After this is done, a report is sent to you, for you to send to your case worker to request the changes. 

All evidence submitted including reports, feedback and communications will be reviewed and appeal paperwork drafted for you to send off.​ Throughout this, ongoing support, guidance and emotional support is provided to you.

For when you are appealing Section B (child's special educational needs), Section F (the provision to meet those needs) or Section I (the named school/ placement). All supporting documents, EHCP and communications will be reviewed. Appeal paperwork will then be drafted for you. Throughout this guidance, advice and emotional support is provided to you.

A complete and through review of all evidence you can provide and an assessment as to whether your case is strong enough. Advice given surrounding additional documentation that you could provide. Please note this will only include two phone calls.

An add on of a full service of liaison with all parties throughout the process, documents sent on your behalf, availability to draft emails to professionals/ case worker and ongoing guidance, advice and emotional support. Please note this fee is an additional extra.
