About Us

Applying for an Education Health and Care Plan for my child was one of the most stressful and soul destroying experiences of my life. The lengthy process was overwhelming. It felt like we were constantly fighting against a system that was designed to make the process as difficult as possible. The constant uncertainty and waiting for decisions to be made can easily take a toll on mental and emotional wellbeing. The feeling of helplessness and frustration was palpable as we navigated the complex process. It was a relentless battle that would leave me feeling drained, defeated and questioning if I was doing enough for my child, The whole experience was a rollercoaster of emotions that tested my resilience and strength as a parent. Having completed numerous courses in Children's Mental Health, SEND, Investigations and policies and procedures, I am very well equipped to help others on this journey.
